*Procedures limited to: cleanings, exams, emergency procedures, extractions and sedative fillings only. (Applicable to patients without insurance.
The staging area for the patients is NOT Deer Creek Dental, 2941 Hwy. K, O'Fallon.
The staging area is Sunrise United Methodist Church
7116 Twin Chimneys Blvd.
O'Fallon, MO.
- Initial exams and x-rays will be completed at the church to the first 250 patients.
- Following the exam, 15 people at a time will be shuttled to the office, until all 250 patients have received dental care.
